Sprinkler Service Technician I

What You will do

• Perform the installation of fire protection piping, valves, and accessories for commercial and industrial applications.
• Must be able to work alternative shifts or weekends to meet customer and/or job requirements.
• Must perform all duties in a safe and professional manner.
• Supervising the apprentices.

How you will do

• As a sprinkler installer, you will efficiently and accurately perform the installation of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems.
• You will maintain accurate documentation for work performed and must adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
• Be able to receive verbal and written instructions as well as provide verbal and written instructions to apprentices.
• Carry/move equipment and tools weighing up to 70lbs.
• Capable of performing physical labor; perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Have a positive demeanor and the ability to adapt quickly.

What we look for
Required

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• In possession of or be able to acquire Denver Sprinkler License
• Able to read blueprints and diagrams.
• Self-starter, working with little or no supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and a positive demeanor
• Capable of performing physical labor
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well with others.
