Job Responsibilities:

- Comprehensive disassembly of vehicles to facilitate Collision Estimators in assessing damage to formulate a precise Repair Plan.
- Identification of all necessary repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
- Plan and execute work process as per work orders.
- Remove and securely store upholstery, accessories, and electrical and hydraulic systems, if required.
- Hammer, fill in dents, weld broken parts and mend damaged body to applicable standards.
- Use a range of hand and power tools.
- File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before transferring the vehicle to the Paint Department.
- Repair or replace faulty parts.
- Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality standards.
- Follow all Classic Collision operating procedures, safety rules, and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 18 years of age.
- I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred.
- Relevant experience of 2-3 years in collision repair preferred.
- Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
- Customer-centric approach and team player.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
- Successful completion of a background check.

Physical & Environmental Needs:

The job requires regular use of hands, and talking and hearing abilities. Frequent standing and sitting, with occasional long periods of walking. Occasional lifting and moving objects up to 20 pounds may be required. Close and peripheral vision and focus adjusting ability are necessary. Accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness in work are required.
