Regular communication and collaboration will be essential with the Chief Nurse Executive, Nurse Manager 1, and shift supervisors to ensure a seamless continuity of care and effective oversight. Additionally, you will be tasked with offering guidance, direction, and assessment of the compliance of subordinate staff with the specific security and safety protocols inherent to the Forensic Center, while also acting as a valuable resource for nursing personnel, nursing administration, interdisciplinary team members, and consumer support services.Interested in learning more?
