Job Overview:
Our caregivers, referred to as Care Professionals (Care Pros), are experts in enhancing the lives of older adults. They are instrumental in our mission by cultivating genuine, caring relationships and providing compassionate care that helps our clients maintain health, safety, and happiness at home.

Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with clients through companionship and caregiving.
- Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping tasks.
- Provide personal care services, such as assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom usage, and incontinence management.

Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations (drivers preferred but not required)
- A minimum of two professional references
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to care for clients
- Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and establish strong relationships
- Possess basic English-speaking, reading, and writing skills (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are welcomed to apply)
- Satisfy any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
- Ability to use the Honor Care Pro Mobile App and a device that supports the latest version of iOS or Android
Employment Type & Schedule Requirements:
- Full-time, part-time
- Monday to Friday availability
- Weekends
