We are looking for a Senior Presentation Designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software including PowerPoint and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams, the presentation designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for every project. This position will be based in our New York, NY office.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Prepare PowerPoint presentation material on workplace design office and conference center plans for C suite management.
Support the design, layout, and formatting of a variety of presentation materials from initial concept through execution.
Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
Develop concepts using PowerPoint and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
Provide design-related advice and input on a wide range of activities and projects.
Design presentations that adhere to our company’s branding guidelines while maintaining a unique and engaging style.
Utilize presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides) to create high-quality visuals, charts, and infographics.
Creating processes that empower users to quickly create or modify slides according to acceptable brand guidelines and with the use of approved and up-to-date assets.
Serve as the final point of contact, responsible for reviewing all slides before they are approved for sharing.
Stay updated on design trends and best practices for crafting dynamic and persuasive presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Communications Design, Fine Arts, or related field required.
7+ years of experience in professional commercial design, preferably with an AEC firm, marketing or creative agency.
High proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides).
Highly proficiency with Adobe’s Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat).
Proven portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills and ability to create clear and engaging presentations.
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually impactful presentations.
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of data visualization principles a plus.
