Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a dynamic personal injury attorney. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the attorney's complex schedule, including appointments, meetings, court appearances, and travel arrangements.
  • Correspondence: Draft and proofread correspondence, including letters, emails, and legal documents.
  • Research: Conduct legal and general research as needed.
  • Client Relations: Provide exceptional client service by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Expense Reports: Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Event Planning: Assist with the planning and coordination of legal seminars, conferences, and client events.
  • Legal Support: Provide administrative support for legal cases, including document preparation, filing, and organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Experience in the personal injury legal field.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Bilingualism (English/Spanish).
