Job Overview: The Marketer promotes the Leaf Home brand through direct interaction with potential customers at various pre-arranged events across an assigned territory, with an aim to build brand recognition and transform this into tangible sales leads.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Participate in public-facing events such as home shows, festivals, and community events.
- Engage with attendees, deliver compelling product demos, and secure sales leads.
- Leverage industry-leading sales techniques and resources to handle objections effectively.
- Transport, set up, and dismantle lightweight display equipment and marketing materials.
- Submit sales leads at the end of each shift.
- Accomplish predetermined performance targets for each event and other assigned Key Performance Indicators.
- Fulfill other tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

- Part-time hours required
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional active listening skills, capable of rebutting objections and answering product-related queries. 
- Must own a smartphone for timekeeping and lead submission.
- Must be capable of standing for extended durations.
- Proficiency in engaging with attendees, capturing their attention, and conducting product demonstrations. 
- Must be available during weekends and evenings. 
- Outgoing, friendly, and vibrant attitude required.
- Capacity to juggle various tasks, switch between tasks to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders without compromising any task.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-centric environment maintaining a proactive and winning attitude. 
- High standards of accountability, responsibility, and self-motiviational while pursuing goals. 
- Attention to detail, efficiency, and effectiveness in accomplishing tasks. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. 
- Ability to critically analyze ideas, scrutinize arguments, point out inconsistencies, solve intricate problems, and engage in reflective thinking.
- Ability to deliver prompt, empathetic service through all communication avenues, prioritizing peer and customer needs. 
- Must possess a valid driver’s license. 
- Must have access to reliable transportation to and from the job site for duty execution. 
- Must be legally allowed to work in the country without sponsorship for visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Preferred Competencies, Skills, Experience, or Certifications:

- Prior customer service or/and sales experience.
- Familiarity with the home improvement industry.

Travel Requirements:

- Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.

Overtime/Additional Hours:

- No overtime requirements.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to work in a regular office environment, construction/manufacturing environments, or outdoors in varied climate conditions.
- Possibility of medium intensity work, requiring occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, frequently lifting up to 30 pounds, and/or constantly moving objects up to 10 pounds.
