Qualifications:
- Graduate from an APTA recognized accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Current license and/or state-recognized registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive patient care under the guidance of a PT as per state practice guidelines.
- Helping PT identify suitable patients and referring them to rehab.
- Accurately and timely documenting patients' progress weekly on progress note and having it co-signed by the PT.
- Ensuring MD orders for treatments, recertifications, and discharges are secured.
- Complying with all documentation requirements and adhering to state guidelines.
Salary: A US hourly rate ranging from $25 to $32.
