As our Guitar Repair Technician, you'll ensure quality maintenance and repairs for customer-owned instruments as well as assist with the maintenance of store stock. This role is pivotal in fostering customer relationships and driving the business through quality service.
Key characteristics that define our successful Guitar Repair Technicians:
- Oriented towards customers: Proficient understanding of excellent customer service. Capable of fostering meaningful connections with customers and providing a premium customer experience.

- Sales Expertise: Completion of the GC certification program for gaining a basic understanding of products and sales techniques.
