Required Qualifications
KY Lic required
2 years experience
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the hospital is located
Inpatient rehab experience preferred
Current BLS/CPR Card
Must Have Skills/Experience: Neuro, IRF
• Required Education: DPT, MPT

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Skillset/Experience: Cerner
