Years of Experience: 2+ (No ICU RNS), Float Requirements: Yes – Any other PCU or Med Surg.
Job Requirements
Proficient in cardiac monitoring, IV therapy (including PICC line management, dressing changes), and IV medications (administration of antibiotics, drips including heparin, nitroglycerin, amiodarone, cardizem).
Tracheostomy Management, Intermediate/step down experience.
Type of Patients on Unit: Mix.
Personality Fit: Positive attitude, flexibility with changes on the unit (patient assignments/floated to another unit), and excellent critical thinking in stressful situations.

Requested time off – Up to 5 days in the offer without manager approval.
Holidays require manager approval and candidates are advised to work 2 out of the 3 holidays.

Number of Beds: 21, Patient Ratios: 4:1 to 5:1, Equipment: BiPAPS, High flow, telemetry monitoring, occasional Cardiac Drips.
Must have Cerner Experience.
