The Stylist lends a personal touch, offering customized beauty consultations to help clients meet their unique hair care needs. Proficient in a wide range of hair services, the Stylist not only enhances the client's overall look but also provides informed product and service recommendations. Together with the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM), the Stylist works towards achieving service sales and productivity goals by offering unparalleled customer service.

- Performance: Showcasing a variety of professional hair services from hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, and extensions.
- Sales: Striving to achieve or surpass a sales goal of $800 average weekly sales through superior customer service and contribution towards store's retail and service sales goals.
- Knowledge: Being proactive in staying updated about industry trends, products, and services.
- People: Fostering strong customer relationships and providing a well-rounded guest experience in collaboration with the skin therapists and the retail team.
- Compliance: Adhering to Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards; ensuring safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures are followed before, during, and after services.

- Education: Cosmetology license

- Experience: Prior salon experience is appreciated but not mandatory.

- Skills: Proficiency in salon techniques - haircutting, hair color, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, and makeup. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Ability to cultivate strong customer relationships.

- Flexibility to work during days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Regular mobility during shift

- Frequent lifting/moving up to 10 lbs.

- Ability to stand for extended periods
