ABOUT OUR TEAMS:
With a store of our magnitude, we need everyone's contribution (regardless of whether it's paws, wings, fins, or anything else!) to ensure efficient operation. Our stores provide various shifts spanning the early morning, day, and evening. As a PetSmart sales associate, you're potentially cross-trained in areas like:
Customer Service: Engage in creating genuine connections with pet parents. Welcome them (including their pets!) to the store, ensure a seamless checkout process as a cashier, and verify they found everything required.
Pet Care: Safeguard the wellbeing of all pets, including fish, reptiles, birds, and small animals. You become their family until they find a home; helping to keep them fit, clean, and well-fed! Interact with pet parents to offer the finest solutions for their pets.
Merchandising & Inventory: Play a crucial role in assisting pet parents in finding what they need, exactly when they need it. Implement merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies.
ABOUT YOUR CAREER:
