Our Cashiers are the heart of Panera - they create the warm and welcoming atmosphere that our customers love. Your role as a Cashier involves courteous reception of customers, accurately processing their orders, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and leaving them satisfied and eager to come back. You'll also serve up delicious and tantalizing food to the best patrons around.
Your responsibilities as a Panera Cashier include:
- Efficient and precise ringing of orders. - Familiarizing yourself with our menu. - Assisting customers with their questions or concerns. - Always delivering top-class customer service. - Displaying enthusiasm, warmth, and a strong interest in quality food. - Stepping up as needed to support your team and supervisor.
