Position Overview:
Our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program offers a unique opportunity for growth and development at an organization with over 45 years of experience. The program, spanning around sixteen (16) weeks, guides you through a mix of hands-on and computer-based training, focusing on:
- Training and Understanding.
- Leadership Development.
- Familiarity with Policies & Procedures.
- Reporting Tactics.
- Training Responsibilities.
- Leadership Skills.
- Communication Effectiveness.
- Safety Measures.
- Punctuality Importance.
- Improving Customer Experience.
- Enhancing Resident Experience.
Applicant Requirements:
- A positive outlook with the ability to understand oral and written instructions, and execute standard, repetitive tasks on a daily basis.
- Exceptional leadership skills post appropriate training, to perform all responsibilities independently.
- A minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to maintain records and complete reports, including those web-based.
- Adherence to work schedule and punctuality.
- Compliance with mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Policies as per State, Local, and/or Customers requirement.
- The ability to lift/carry or push/pull a weight of up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
- Readiness for continuous, repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work around food and cleaning products.
