Job Summary:

- Department Manager - Manages the food service program, provides leadership, supports & guides to ensure food quality, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met.
- Reporting - Maintains records to be delivered to HCSG and Facility management.
- Training - Responsible for training, quality control & inspecting work quality.
- Communication - Effectively communicates directives to HCSG staff.
- Safety & Quality - follows established standards, safety, and quality guidelines.
- Punctuality - Consistent attendance, timely completion of assigned cleaning areas.
- Customer & Resident Experience - Represents HCSG positively. 
  
Qualification Criteria:

- Positive attitude with the ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks.
- Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred.
- Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition, certification as required by local law.
- Minimum two years of experience in food production/service, dining/nutrition, and supervision.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work as scheduled and on time.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
