Job Description: Assist in generating timely and creative design solutions within the parameters of a project provided by a Project Architect or Project Manager for Corgan Associates, Inc. Duties include: Assist in preparing construction documentation; design concepts and information into images using freehand sketching and computer software; incorporate established schematic design, material selection, code required clearances and production time constraints into detailing solutions; determine functional or spatial requirements of structures; gather information regarding design, structure specifications, and materials to document detailing solutions; participate in consultant and construction meetings; and assist project leaders with contract administration tasks.
Rate of Pay: $71,400 - $92,800 per year
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture or a related field and 2 years’ experience as an Architect or a related occupation.
Special Requirements: Position requires experience or education in each of the following skills: Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit; Rhinoceros, Sketchup, Enscape, and Lumion; and Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
