Responsibilities

Revolution is now hiring an experienced Mechanical Electrician in the Vernon, CA facility. This role will be responsible for keeping all equipment operating through preventive and as-needed maintenance and documenting all repairs. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail with high accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

• Ensure all safety and preventive measures are met by adhering to company policy and NEC code.
• Installs, inspects, tests, operates, and repairs all electrical switchgear systems, branch circuits, power distribution wiring, electrical equipment, fixtures, and conduit.
• Troubleshoot lighting control systems and related components.
• Troubleshoot, program, and repair PLCs & VFDs.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical devices, motor starters, relays, contactors, breakers, etc.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Use various electrical testing equipment to troubleshoot, test, and trace circuitry.
• Works with departments to plan downtime and complete work orders.
• Complete preventative maintenance as scheduled and keeps records.
• Advises the supervisor on job progress and material/ labor requirements.
• All other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Industrial Electronics or Journeyman license preferred
• Must be able to participate in an on call rotation.
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to perform work without supervision.
• Minimum of two years experience in an industrial environment.
• The ability to read design drawings and wiring diagrams is required.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Climbing stairs and working from secure platforms at heights.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and precautions.
• Requires occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.

California Pay Transparency: Base Range $29.00 -$32.00/hour + Overtime + Shift Differential + Benefits + PTO
