What does the role entail?
We seek a diligent and results-driven Retail Assistant Store Manager with a penchant for exceptional customer service and team management.
Key duties include:
- Building rapport with every guest by investing quality time to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Assisting the Store Manager in surpassing sales targets while keeping customer service, inventory, expense control, and risk management under check.
- Becoming an expert on our wide range of apparel offerings, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing, with an ability to successfully market them.
- Contributing to crafting a customer-focused sales team through on-going coaching on selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.
Eligibility criteria:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, although a college degree would be a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Store Manager.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Previous work experience in a commission-based environment is beneficial.
- Ability to travel to nearby store locations.
- Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
