Starting hourly wage is $15.00, along with limitless monthly commission possibilities.

Needs to attend 2 weeks of mandatory paid training (Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM)

Working hours for the call center are Monday through Sunday, 7AM – 9PM; exact working shift will be decided at the time of hiring.

As a member of the Signify Health’s Member Engagement team, your task will be contacting members of several Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans by call to offer, clarify, and schedule a complimentary in-home or online medical checkup. You will put in your utmost effort to achieve department productivity, quality, and customer service standards.

This role will be directly reporting to a Member Engagement Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automated dialer system to offer, explain, and schedule a free in-home or virtual health evaluation with a provider. 
- Adhere to 20+ approved scripts, ensure members comprehend and are comfortable with the terms, and handle objections in a persuasive yet professionally courteous manner.
- Convey a positive, professional, and energetic approach with clients, health plan members, and team members.
- Achieve daily targets set by the department, monitor performance results using designated reporting systems.
- Log member complaints and escalations immediately and report to Member Engagement Managers.
- Participate in peer side-by-side coaching sessions as required.
- Keep in compliance with HIPAA and other security and privacy guidelines when handling protected health information accessed during normal work activities.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent is desired.
- Minimum of 1 year call center experience or 2 years of general work experience.
- Previous experience in outbound call center, working in a high-volume environment, using an auto dialer system and/or scripts is beneficial.
- Be communicative, pleasant, and convincing.
- Be committed to a fixed daily schedule, including start, breaks, lunch, and end times.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems at the same time during calls.
- Fluency in the English language.

Work From Home Requirements:

- Validated and reliable internet service with 10MB upload/download capability is necessary.
- Equipment (keyboard, monitor, computer, headset, etc.) will be provided by the company. Applicants should provide their own workspace furniture and guarantee a quiet workspace.
- Successful completion of a background check is mandatory for this job.
