Job Description

Heavy Housekeeper / Floor Tech: The primary responsibility includes the overall maintenance of hard surfaces and carpet in various areas like offices, resident rooms, lobbies, and common areas such as dining rooms. Other tasks include trash collection and disposal, external work assignments like grounds policing.

Required qualifications

The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions and carry out repetitive tasks. Some requirements include:

   - A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
   - Regular, punctual attendance.
   - Adherence to COVID-19 Vaccination Policies.
   - Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds and perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
   - Ability to work in proximity to food and cleaning products.
