Your roles and responsibilities: · Create a welcoming environment by greeting all guests and team members with a smile and displaying politeness. · Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanour with co-workers and guests. · Ensure all guests experience excellent service and food, and stay prompt and efficient. · Work harmoniously with different management levels and fellow team members, displaying great cooperation skills and a great team attitude. Should be ready to be proactive and go beyond the basics to assist others. · Serve as a role model demonstrating that client needs are our utmost priority. Address customer complaints swiftly while retaining customer rapport. · Ensure all team members adhere to appearance standards and correctly sport the company uniform. · Make sure all team members punctually and accurately complete their assigned tasks. · Efficiently lead the team as a Manager in Charge, confirm the maintenance of company standards concerning service, food safety, and standard procedures, and provide continuous constructive feedback. · Play an active role in the training and growth of Team Members. · Assist with management of profits and losses, regulate cash handling procedures, maintain inventory and oversee labor. · Regularly feedback to the RGM and other management levels regarding the performance of the team.
What you should have: · Must be at least 18 years. · At least one year of experience in the restaurant industry with proven leadership across all shifts. · Must maintain a current Health Card according to state or local requirements. · Basic mathematical and reading skills. · Fluency in reading, speaking, comprehending, and writing in English. · Reliable transportation. · Clean criminal record. · Must be capable of passing the ServSafe Certification Course and Test.
