Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for mailing the annual billings pursuant to published schedule and new owner billings that are assessed and mailed on a monthly basis.
  • Ensures late notices are mailed to delinquent accounts in a timely manner; processes monthly billing reports and updates for year-end.
  • Ensures the monthly HOA and Club collections, Move Open Credits (MOC), and Apply Open Credits (AOC) routines and late, interest, and collection fee assessments are processed in accordance with the Assessment, Billing, Collection (ABC) policies.
  • Responds to all inquiries to the billing email box.
  • Maintains open communication with HOA management to obtain the necessary approvals for billing functions.
  • Sets up statement templates for each resort and upload into Atlas/Clarity in order to be processed by outside printing vendor.
  • Processes monthly adjustments for upgrade cancellations.
  • Researches invalid addresses on returned mail and process skip tracing when necessary.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What are we looking for:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years office experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to interpret and build spreadsheets.
  • Basic math skills.

Preferred, but not required:

  • 1-2 years Billing experience
