Packaging Associate

As a Packaging Associate, you will be part of the Production department supporting the Shipping team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Associate

Location: Knightdale, NC

Pay Range: $17/hr - $18/hr

What's the Job?

• Install protective wrap and packaging materials on electrical equipment
• Safe and competent Scissor-lift use(onsite licensure required)
• Using fall protection appropriately per company policy(onsite licensure required) to tarp oversized loads
• Loading units onto trucks using an overhead gantry crane and column lifts
• Cleaning and preparation of units for shipment, attention to detail is paramount.

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts, weekends as needed
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull equipment up to 50 lbs
• Must be highly motivated
• Familiar with using tools and general warehouse equipment preferred
