Unit Specific Information
Unit Information: NICU or PICU experience required. Home unit of NICU, PICU, or Peds will be assigned once at the facility but can be changed based on the need of the facility.

Valid Driver’s License or Passport accepted. Must be clear copy
Online Verification of License to include expiration date and any disciplinary actions (within 30 days before start date). Must be through primary source. IN.gov
