Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities.
IU Health is now offering charge pay, which is a $3.00 bill rate bump per hour.
IU Health University and Methodist are teaching facilities and require all travel nurses to agree to the possibility of precepting and/or being assigned students to shadow them while on assignment.
Traveler must have IN/Compact license in hand or have submitted their fingerprint application package for their license to apply for this position.
Shift Requirements: 4x12 or 3 x 12.
Travelers must be able to work 50% of the weekends in their contract.
Call-Ins: Travelers are expected to make up the day during the pay period or have the shift added at the end of their contract.
Charge coverage: Unit charge nurse responsibilities may be needed with provided training and resources.
Skillset Requirements: Minimum 2 Year Experience.
Floating Requirements: Unit travelers may be expected to float to different levels of care.
Staffing Ratios: 1:5-6.
Unit Information: This is an Ortho/Trauma med/surg unit.
Job Requirements
