Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here
Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. Exemptions are NOT accepted for persons working in the following areas: Potential contact with pediatrics/infants, mon-immune pregnant women (L&D areas), non-immune immunosuppressed patients (oncology, transplant, etc.)
