Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Survey Project Manager with a strong emphasis on business development to join our team. As the Senior Survey Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of survey projects from initiation to completion, with a primary focus on expanding our client base and cultivating relationships with existing clients. This role requires excellent project management skills, a keen understanding of survey methodologies, and a proven track record in business development within the market research industry.

  • Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market research sector
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's client base
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
    • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into profitable business ventures
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Project Management:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of survey projects on time and within budget
    • Coordinate with internal teams (researchers, data analysts, programmers, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution
    • Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to achieve project objectives
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of survey data
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives
    • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement
    • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions and recommendations to add value to their projects
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on survey methodologies, data analysis, and actionable insights
  • Team Leadership:

    • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
    • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of project management and business development
    • Encourage innovation and continuous improvement, driving the team toward achieving organizational goals and objectives

Qualifications
  • Proven track record in business development within the market research industry, with a focus on survey projects
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid understanding of survey methodologies, data collection techniques, and statistical analysis
  • Professional License preferred
