Roles:
As an RN, your responsibility involves providing nursing care to residents under the guidance of a Supervisor. This role must be executed according to the physician's prescriptions, nursing practice standards and regulations, and as directed by your Supervisor.

Qualifications:
- RN license, active and valid for the state of practice, is mandatory
- Current CPR certification should be maintained; licensed nursing staff should acquire this within 90 days of employment
- Your license must stand in good standing with the state. You must not have any indication in the registry concerning abuse, negligence, or misappropriation of a resident's property.
