Basic Requirements:
- Adherence to regular and consistent attendance and punctuality norms, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability for flexible hours that might include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Compliance with store regulations including, but not limited to, delivering quality food and beverages, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Possess six months' experience in a position calling for constant interaction and fulfillment of customer requests.
- Proficiency and ability to coach the team in preparing food and beverages as per standard or customized recipes, including modifications in temperature, ingredients, or substitute elements.
- Have at least six months of experience in delegating tasks and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
