Responsibilities
  • Maintain a solid understanding of our total business solutions, our competitive landscape, and our business operations/interdependencies as well as HR best practices, legal compliance requirements, company policies, procedures and programs. Build and maintain relationships with management in order to drive the execution of HR solutions while ensuring a high degree of relevance and impact. Serve as a business SME for others within HR and HR solutions/services SME for the rest of the company.
  • Provide HR Business support for management by partnering to address challenges and opportunities within their regions, leveraging SME knowledge of HR offerings and internal relationship networking. Serve as a connection to HR service areas as appropriate. Partner closely with others and proactively provide insights to enable better outcomes. Ensure proper compliance to legal and regulatory requirements, resolving employee issues.
  • Assess and diagnose challenges and opportunities related to organizational effectiveness and readiness for designated population and where appropriate full company. Analyze various data points and metrics to identify trends which in order to identify underlying issues and/or opportunities, measure impact, etc.. on areas of significance for the business.
  • Participate in the identification, development, implementation and management of key programs, such as the future of work, mentoring programs, employment value proposition, and other programs/initiatives geared at driving business results and human capital impact.
  • Communicate and educate employees at all levels on company’s culture, policies and practices, engendering an environment that encourages open and productive interactions.
  • Work with managers and supervisors on one-on-one basis to provide support related to leadership competencies within designated region(s).
  • Participate in the development and roll out of various enablement efforts to improve team member experience, customer outcomes and business results.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in a business environment partnering with others to drive improved outcomes for the business through human capital initiatives.
  • Strong coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, program management, process development, analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships throughout varying levels and functions within an organization. Ability to build a strong network both inside and outside of HR and business colleagues to better enable best practice sharing.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide consultative support to management on critical organization issues in a dispersed environment.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to multitask. Must be a self-starter who holds self accountable for delivering timely results.
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, human resources, finance or related field, MBA preferred. PHR, SHRM- CP, SPHR or SHRM-SCP designation desired.
  • Three+ years of experience as a consultative HR Business Partner role in a dispersed multi-state/international environment preferred, prior management experience desired.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws in a multi-state and international environment.
