Duties and Responsibilities: Receive and follow maintenance schedule and instructions from your supervisor as outlined in our established maintenance policies and procedures. Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include painting, plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed in accordance with established procedures. Service heating and cooling units/systems, as specified by the manufacturer, and in compliance with established policies and procedures. Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when performing maintenance services. Keep your work area(s) free of hazardous conditions, to assure that all established safety rules/regulations are followed at all times.
Required skills and qualifications: High school education or equivalent. 2 years experience in carpentry, painting or general maintenance, preferably in a LTC or Hospital setting, preffered
