The Role
At Honor, we refer to our caregivers as Care Professionals (Care Pros), demonstrating their proficiency in ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of the older generation. Our Care Pros are integral to our objective of nurturing genuine relationships with our clients and offering compassionate support that enables them to enjoy a safe and satisfying life at home.

Responsibilities as a Care Pro
- Cultivating bonds with clients while providing empathetic care.
- Assisting with meal preparations and maintaining the cleanliness of the living space.
- Offering personal care services which include aid with grooming, tasks related to personal hygiene, restroom use, and incontinence management.

Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (excluding family care) OR a certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
- Willingness and capacity to work at least two shifts per week with the same client(s) to foster consistency and relationship-building.
- Proficiency in basic English communication skills (verbal, reading, and writing). Applicants fluent in multiple languages are encouraged to apply.
- Completion of necessary compliance procedures, requisite licensing, or registrations.
- Compatibility with the Honor Care Pro Mobile App on a device that supports the latest versions of iOS or Android.
