We are currently recruiting nurse practitioners with Board certification to join our team as contractors, focusing on In-home Health Assessments for members of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plans.
The core duties of this role include the execution of home visits centered around comprehensive health evaluations and identifying possible obstacles to adequate healthcare.

- Earnings within the $2,500 - $4,000 range per week (An average of 6-9 completed daily evaluations, basic rate of $80 per evaluation)
- Opportunities to boost visit rates by as much as 200%, courtesy of our Market Multiplier*
- Additional earnings through our pay-per-test model (Applicable to members who are eligible for extra preventive and diagnostic tests)
- Work schedules are available from Monday to Sunday (No weekend or night shifts are mandatory)
- Assignments could be on a Short-Term or Long-Term basis

During your visits, you will conduct medical and medication history checks and physical assessments in the member's home. Nurse Practitioner contractors with us have the potential to earn a competitive wage or boost their existing income, all while balancing their personal life and clinical responsibilities. You will not need to prescribe drugs, order lab tests or adjust existing treatment plans. Furthermore, each evaluation will come with a pre-populated form, specific to the patient.
