As a Shift Leader, your role is to enforce the Core Values of Border Foods, such as Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.

The Shift Leader is designed to enhance lives of employees and guests by creating instances to positively influence life experiences. You are liable for managing the whole restaurant and structure a robust team, delivering excellent food and friendly service to patrons.

- Minimizes losses by strictly adhering to cash handling policies, adequately training team members, and complying with all accounting/banking norms

Experience Requirements:

- Candidates should be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary

Physical Requirement:
