Effective Immediately, You MUST include your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate up front with all Glens Falls Hospital nursing submissions.
COVID vaccinations encouraged, but not required.
As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance.
Job Requirements
3 years experience required
Must be comfortable and hit the ground running working Nights
Strong proficiency & experience working on Cardiac/Tele, Med-Tele Units
Must have telemetry experience
Must be able to comfortably follow the Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift
Neuro/stroke experience encouraged

Unit Specific Information
Consist of mainly tele/cardiac patients
# of Beds in unit: 16
RN to Patient ratio: 4:1
Patient Population: Adult - Geriatric
Dress code: any color scrubs
Remote Tele Unit
Additional Details
Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
Clinician MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns, call outs, etc... - very patient oriented Unit
Travelers from the following counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, Washington; Permanent address must be included in profile.
