Job Overview:

Role Responsibilities:
- Extend a warm greeting to all and proactively engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience
- Demonstrate an ability to genuinely interact with customers, revealing your passion, understanding, devotion, and commitment to their sport or activity
- Uphold company standards for the brilliant presentation of merchandise from the best sporting goods brands and actively promote company programs (like warranty sales, loyalty program, seasonal promotions, etc.)
- Cultivate an inclusively welcoming environment within the store, ensuring everyone, both associates and customers, feels welcome, safe and is treated with respect
- Take on additional tasks as required - all hands on deck to support the team and the store during high business demand

Qualifications:
- Preference is given to candidates with previous retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and occasionally lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs. (up to 5 times per hour)
- Capacity to work for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking, and to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
The targeted Pay Range: $15 - $22.
The starting rate of pay might vary based on various factors, including location, experience, and the position offered. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage requirement applicable to the job location.
