As our Guitar Repair Technician, your role is to provide maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments and assist in the upkeep of the store's specific inventory. Your efforts will play a crucial role in continuously enhancing our business through exceptional customer experience and quality work.

- Sales Orientation: Ability to navigate the GC certification program to glean a baseline understanding of products and sales techniques.
- Training Skills: Competence in training individuals, ensuring communicated information and techniques are retained.
Within your role as a Guitar Repair Technician, your responsibilities include:
- Establishing positive interactions with customers
- Servicing customers' instruments with superior craftsmanship
- Performing regular maintenance on store-owned gear as required
- Executing warranty repair work
- Undertaking additional tasks when assigned
