Our store team members are dedicated to providing a seamless shopping journey for our customers. They do this through their readiness to assist when needed, deep understanding of our products, adherence to high brand and execution standards, and effective prioritization. They are consistently evolving, assisting their colleagues across all departments, and contributing to a lively store culture!
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet all customers and actively engage with them to facilitate their shopping experience
- Showcase the ability to authentically connect with customers, reflecting your passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment to their sport or activity
- Maintain organizational standards for merchandise display of top sports brands
- Advocate company initiatives like warranty sales, customer loyalty programs, periodic promotions, etc.
- Foster an inclusive store atmosphere where everyone (team & customers) feels welcome, secure, and respected
- Undertake additional tasks as required, to support the team and store during peak business hours

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, cash handling, or customer-focused roles is preferred.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items ranging from 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to five times an hour).
- Stamina to work extended periods (up to 4 hours) in standing or walking positions.
- Ability to perform meaningful tasks for shorter durations (up to 2 hours continuously).
Targeted Pay Range:
$16 - $23. Starting pay may vary due to elements like location, experience, and role offered. The actual hourly rate will conform to or surpass the required minimum wage pertinent to the location. We comply with all state-paid leave prerequisites.
