Salary: Coaches Starting Pay is $25 per hour, with Top Pay at $75 per hour. Mileage Pay included for any travel outside of the designated region.
Job Description:
We are actively seeking fitness-forward individuals with a flair for coaching in schools!. While boxing experience is not required, prior coaching experience is heavily recommended. As a Boxing Coach, you'll be responsible for training children aged 5-18 as part of the Cano Bros Boxing After School Program.
Responsibilities:
- Instructing and inspiring young minds.
- Instilling discipline and fostering teamwork.
- Navigating Coaches resources like google drive, slack, and hively.
- Taking attendance of students
- Driving as part of job duties.
- Coaching duties as required.
- Able to make it to weekly mandatory meetings.

Note:
This is a part-time role in a family-owned business. Coaches will have fun working with youth in various regions including Tranquility, Fresno/Clovis, Selma, Reedley, and Orange Cove.
