Broward Health PointShift: Shift 1FTE: 1.000000Summary:GRANT FUNDED - Supervises Health Start home visitation staff and manages all Healthy Start programs to ensure adherence to the Healthy Start model, policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards. In addition to overseeing program operations, this role involves managing social workers dedicated to enhancing maternal and infant outcomes. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care services, improving program effectiveness, and overseeing the scheduling and implementation of the home visitation program.Grant funded positions at Broward Health are often temporary or project-based, as they depend on the duration of the grant funding.
