Establishes an individualized plan of care for each patient. Provides direct and indirect patient care.Education:*Minimum Education and/or: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN); or if attended an approved nursing school must have two years of recent acute care hospital experience in the past three years.Experience:* One to two years' experience required.
