DUTIES:
In their capacity, our MedSurg RNs deliver patient-facing care for diverse health conditions and perform tailor-made patient evaluations to devise a customized care plan. Our MedSurg RNs are also proficient in preparing for and assisting physicians during patient examination and treatment. Key roles of a MedSurg RN include, but are not restricted to:

- Preparing, administering, and documenting prescribed medications
- Acting proactively upon detecting adverse symptoms
- Performing clinical tasks such as changing dressings, catheter insertion, and initiating IVs if required.
