Responsibilities & Duties

Your role will include:

- Fulfilling all necessary training requirements including Zaxby's Back of House Development Plan, hands-on stations training and any other training mandated by Zax LLC.

- Providing friendly & enthusiastic service for all guests and staying up to date with current promotions. 

- Being a proud representative of the Zaxby's brand. 

- Assisting with guest service and front-of-house operations. 

- Preparing menu items as per company guidelines in a safe and hygienic manner. 

- Ensuring food and drinks are prepared and served in accordance with safety regulations. 

- Safely operating food preparation and cooking appliances.

- Maintaining sufficient levels of products in assigned stations to meet immediate requirements. 

- Putting together guest orders correctly and promptly.

- Maintaining a clean, risk-free working environment. 

- Managing inventory and storage; receiving and storing incoming inventory orders, updating management about stock requirements, and maintaining clean and organized storage areas.

Additional duties include:

- Executing all tasks swiftly and accurately. 

- Observing all safety protocols.

- Undertaking other duties as needed.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

- Be at least 16 years old 

- Be able to work between 9 to 28 hours per week 

Capability Requirements 

Additionally, you should be able to: 

- Sit, stand, and walk continuously 

- Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including the use of ladders 

- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds, including lifting overhead

- Use your hands and wrists continuously for grasping and fine manipulation 

- Communicate effectively through speech, reading, and writing 

- Maintain focused audio-visual perception and judgement to observe and respond to the environment

- Work comfortably in temperature variations and around food allergens 

- Operate and work safely with restaurant equipment, potentially hazardous.
