Your tasks will cover the management of inventory, which includes reception and storage. Preparation and cooking of food as well as assembly of orders are also part of your job. It is your responsibility as well to make sure the kitchen is organized and clean at all times. Adherence to food safety guidelines and quality standards set out by Zaxby's is paramount.

Work Duties and Obligations

Joining us means you are expected to:

- Complete all training requirements put forth by Zaxby's, including the back-of-house development plan and hands-on station training.
- Deliver friendly and enthusiastic service every guest.
- Stay aware of all ongoing promotions.
- Represent the Zaxby's brand with enthusiasm.
- Help with guest service and front-of-house operations.
- Prepare menu items according to the company's standards, maintaining optimal hygiene and safety.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines when handling food and drinks.
- Operate kitchen tools and cooking equipment without risk.
- Ensure food and drink stations are well-stocked.
- Accurately assemble and package orders.
- Uphold a clean and safe workplace.

Storage and Inventory Management Duties:

- Welcoming and stockpiling incoming inventory.
- Maintaining proper food storage and safety.
- Reporting low inventory to management.
- Maintenance of neat storage regions.

Other Responsibilities:

- Commitment to complete all tasks swiftly and effectively.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Candidates must meet the following prerequisites:

- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- The ability to work 32 to 40 hours a week.

Capability Needs:

These capabilities are required to perform the primary roles of the job efficiently. Any reasonable accommodations that do not create an undue burden on the company will be considered.

- Sit, stand, and walk continually.

- Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, using ladders if necessary.

- Regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds, including lifting overhead.
