As a Team Leader at Panera, your role is instrumental to the smooth running of your bakery-cafe. You are in charge of a wide array of tasks, all aimed at ensuring that customers and employees have an extraordinary experience. You will be a key player in nurturing the warm, inclusive and genuine culture at Panera. Reporting directly to the General Manager or Operating Partner, each Team Leader supervises a distinct segment of the bakery-cafe, whether it be food cost management, drive-thru, delivery, or catering operations. 
Your responsibilities as a Team Leader at Panera include, but are not limited to:

- You fulfill these prerequisites:
  - Proven ability to guide, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced setting.
  - Demonstrated capability to efficiently manage shifts.
  - Previous experience of restaurant management (1+ year preferred).
  - ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain it).
  - At least 18 years old.
  - Willingness to undergo a background check.
