What Youll Do

Achievement of Annual Sales Targets

  • Exceed sales targets for your territory or region.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership about risks and opportunities.

Pipeline Growth

  • Identify potential business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain pipeline growth plans accurately and timely.
  • Keep Salesforce.com updated with relevant information.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales pipeline reports.

Sales Cycle Management

  • Engage with executives and key stakeholders to develop new opportunities.
  • Create tailored business solutions that combine services and software to meet customer needs.
  • Negotiate deals and collaborate on sales demonstrations.
  • Build credibility and trust with new and prospective clients.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Enhance customer satisfaction and net promoter scores.
  • Ensure responsiveness to customer issues, managing escalations and critical deliverables.
  • Minimize customer attrition through high-quality support and relationships.

Market Awareness

  • Stay informed about competitors and market trends.
  • Understand the specific business goals, strategies, financials, and challenges of prospects.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and Revenue Cycle Services.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent technical/business experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40-50%.
  • Remote position in the Northeast US is strongly preferred.
