Job Responsibilities:
As our Associate, you will be expected to:
- Reach the sales and company objectives laid out by National Vision.
- Adhere to the America’s Best “Code of Excellence” to guarantee customer satisfaction by creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Assist in dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses to customers.
- Perform guidance on contact lens insertion and removal for customers.
- Provide education to customers on the proper maintenance of eyeglasses and contact lenses.
- Keep patient records accurate and organized.
- Uphold visual merchandising according to Brand and Company Standards.
- Mentor potential Apprentice Opticians where permissible by law.
Desired Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would:
- Possess retail experience (preferred, not necessary).
- Hold a valid license as required by the state.
- Possess strong selling skills to meet the store’s and personal sales targets by complying with company policies.
- Have strong customer service skills.
- Be able to provide clear and concise instruction to customers.
- Exhibit effective interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent organizational skills.
- Be detail-oriented.
- Manage multiple tasks and time effectively.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
