- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning duties

- Help with personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and meal assistance

- Run errands, do grocery shopping, or accompany your clients to their appointments

- STNA OR 1 year of supervised employment experience as a home health aide or nurse aide OR Completion of a Training and Competency Evaluation Program that lasted for at least 30 hours and covered necessary topics.

- If above conditions are not met, you must be willing to complete a 30-hour company-sponsored training before taking on clients.

- Be physically healthy, and provide proof of a tuberculosis test conducted within six (6) months prior to the first assignment (where required).

- Commitment to professional development, including participation in organization and state-mandated training.

Special Note for OHIO: After 10/2/2023, eligibility for a $500 hiring bonus will be based on maintaining active employment and working at least 160 hours. An additional bonus of $500 will be paid to caregivers who work an extra 340 hours. To be eligible for the bonus payout, caregivers need to be active employees. Caregivers new to Help at Home or those returning after a 12-month break are eligible for the bonus. Caregivers transferring within the Help at Home, LLC family of companies will not be eligible for the bonus. Eligibility for company-paid training applies only after completing 80 scheduled work hours.
