This role involves overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpeted areas in various spaces, including offices and resident rooms. The role requires trash/recycling/soiled linen collection, proper disposal techniques, and occasional outdoor maintenance work.

Safety protocols, punctuality, and positive customer and resident interactions are essential to the role.

Candidates must demonstrate a positive attitude, the ability to follow instructions, and the ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks on a daily basis. Leadership skills, and high school diploma or equivalent are preferred. You should be able to work as scheduled and promptly, comply with relevant COVID-19 Vaccination Policies, be physically fit to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, and perform routine tasks for extended periods. Previous experience with food and cleaning products is a plus, and you should be able to work in the service area.
